Patrick Kelly has lived in his attic apartment on Pearl St. for three years, off and on; he even moved to Boston for awhile and came back to the same old room. Lotsa memories in this place. So when he heard the entire building was being foreclosed, and he’s finally forced to move out of his pseudo-squat, his first thought was, “Oh, they finally got around to condemning this shithole.” And his second thought was, “We should have a show!”

So here’s what you can expect: an empty apartment in the top floor of an empty house, a fridge for beer, maybe a keg (still figuring that one out), a bunch of rad bands (most of them members of the Hot Congress collective), and an assembly of a ton of great folks and new friends.
