I enjoyed the last Decemberists show greatly, but unless I get a free ticket on Gigbot I’ll be spending the evening of the 26th with the Doves @ the Gothic.
Funny how it works, in that the last Decemberists show rocked in no small part due to the band’s acknowledgement of the short performance during the first tour.
Will the Doves deliver the same in honor of the loyal fans who held tickets to their first canceled Denver gig?

this is fabulous news — they are one of the best CDs I’ve bought this year, and they blew me away live. zowee.
